Inspired by the Italian tradition of La Scarpetta—where diners mop up every last drop of sauce with bread—Scarpetta embraces the philosophy of savouring every bite, delivering a refined yet casual dining experience that puts fresh, handcrafted pasta at centre stage.

Helmed by Head Chef Danny Ng, Scarpetta is dedicated to showcasing bold, well-balanced flavours through high-quality ingredients and meticulous culinary craftsmanship. The menu offers a curated selection of Italian classics with a contemporary touch, from flavour-packed appetisers to indulgent fresh pasta dishes and expertly crafted desserts.

True to its name, every pasta dish at Scarpetta is served with freshly baked Schiacciata bread, allowing diners to savour every last drop of sauce.

Scarpetta offers a cosy, walk-in-only dining space, seating just 30 guests, including 16 at the Chef’s Table, where diners get a front-row view of the open kitchen. This immersive setup allows guests to watch the chefs at work, adding a theatrical element to the dining experience.
