ATLAS may be best known for its award-winning cocktails and towering gin collection, but the bar is now giving diners another reason to visit during the day.

The venue at Parkview Square has introduced Lunch at ATLAS, a new midday dining experience centred on European-inspired dishes, seasonal ingredients and the same attention to detail that has made the bar a fixture on international cocktail lists.

Served within ATLAS’ grand Art Deco interiors, the menu is designed for a range of occasions, from business lunches and catch-ups to leisurely meals that stretch into the afternoon.

Light starters and indulgent beginnings

The menu begins with a selection of starters that balance richness and freshness.

The Burrata (S$24) is served with white anchovies, truss tomatoes, garlic chips and crystal bread, while the Jamón Ibérico (S$26) pairs cured ham with watermelon and cantaloupe spheres and crisp sage.

Those looking for something more indulgent can opt for the Raviolo (S$26), a generously filled pasta made with fontina and mozzarella and finished with béchamel sauce and shaved truffle.

Comforting mains with a refined touch

The mains focus on familiar European dishes executed with precision.

The Duck Confit (S$44) features a slow-cooked duck leg finished with a crisp sear and served with warm Puy lentils and root vegetables. For a lighter option, the Pan-Roasted Silver Cod (S$48) comes with a mussel reduction, shimeji mushrooms, broad beans and gnocchetti.

Seafood lovers may gravitate towards the Prawn Spaghetti (S$40), where al dente pasta is tossed in a cherry tomato and lobster jus and finished with prawns, roasted zucchini, chilli, basil and pangrattato.

Desserts worth lingering over

Desserts continue the restaurant’s European influence.

The Pavé au Citron (S$18) combines citrus flavours with thyme chantilly and Earl Grey ice cream, while the Dark Chocolate Crémeux (S$20) pairs dark chocolate mousse with raspberries and raspberry sorbet.

For something richer, the Choux au Craquelin (S$18) arrives filled with vanilla ice cream and accompanied by warm butterscotch and chocolate sauce.

Lunch with a side of cocktails

The drinks programme remains a key part of the ATLAS experience.

Guests can explore the recently launched Daughters of ATLAS cocktail menu, inspired by the Pleiades constellation, or opt for An ATLAS Suite (S$46), a trio of petite martinis showcasing different interpretations of the classic cocktail.

Another option is The Count’s Table (S$55), a flight of three Negroni variations designed for those who prefer a slower-paced afternoon.

While ATLAS has long been regarded as one of Singapore’s standout cocktail destinations, the new lunch offering suggests that the kitchen deserves a closer look too. For diners seeking an elegant midday meal in the city centre, Lunch at ATLAS adds another reason to step inside one of Singapore’s most recognisable dining rooms.
