Back by popular demand, Nonette, the cult Parisian sandwich-and-donut concept, is making a triumphant return to Singapore from 2 July to 4 October 2025—this time with a vibrant pop-up at RASA Space, nestled in the heart of the CBD at Republic Plaza.

Founded by Singaporean Pearlyn Lee (alum of Cédric Grolet and Alain Ducasse), Nonette blends Parisian technique with Southeast Asian soul, serving up playful and flavour-packed creations that bridge two food-obsessed cultures.

Bánh Mì, But Make It Parisien

This isn’t your average Vietnamese sub. Nonette’s bánh mì Parisien comes stacked with house-made pâté and a trio of charcuterie, tucked into a warm, crusty baguette. Highlights include:

Bánh Mì Jambon Beurre (S$12): Char siu, Vietnamese mortadella, jambon, pâté and French butter.

Vietnamese Fried Chicken Bánh Mì (S$12): Spicy Southeast Asian fried chicken with house sriracha mayo.

Donuts, Éclairs & Singaporean Twists

Nonette’s beignets (French donuts) are known for their dense, chewy crumb and imaginative flavours:

Kaya Donut (S$4): Filled with luscious kaya cream, topped with fleur de sel.
