Opened earlier this month by Zouk Group, the 70-seater spot blends Parisian flair with Singaporean energy—serving up classic French dishes with a touch of irreverence.

Heading the kitchen is Chef Lorenz Hoja, whose fine-dining credentials include stints at Joël Robuchon restaurants in Paris, London, and Singapore. Formerly Executive Chef at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Singapore (which earned two Michelin stars under his watch), Chef Lorenz now channels that expertise into soulful dishes made for sharing—minus the formality.
