At BluHouse, the Italian food hall nestled inside Rosewood Hong Kong, dining is now more than just a celebration of flavours—it’s a celebration of purpose. From June 2025, the restaurant introduces 17 vibrant new dishes, each paying homage to the diversity of Italian cuisine, while also launching a charitable initiative that supports local youth through sport.

BluPlate: Dining for a Cause

The heart of BluHouse’s new initiative is the BluPlate:
Gnocchetti Sardi con Gamberi e Zucchine (HK$228) – a Sardinian pasta dish with broccolini purée and fennel sausage in a spicy anchovy-sausage sauce.

For every BluPlate sold, HK$20 is donated to Inherited Sports, a local non-profit that empowers ethnic minority youth through sport coaching certifications and career development. This partnership reinforces BluHouse’s position not just as a dining destination—but a force for community good.

Dine with a View—and a Mission

Located by the Avenue of Stars with sweeping harbour views, BluHouse blends everyday Italian warmth with upscale hospitality. Whether you’re grabbing a pizza slice, enjoying a full dinner in the Dining Room, or sharing dessert at the pasticceria, you’ll find joy in every detail.
