Marriott International’s Luxury Dining Series is back for its second edition, spanning seven countries across Asia Pacific from July to September 2025. This year’s theme, “Forgotten Flavors,” pays tribute to ancient ingredients, heritage cooking techniques, and local culinary wisdom reimagined through modern fine dining.

The immersive, multi-city experience will spotlight Michelin-starred chefs, award-winning bartenders, and the brand’s culinary elite across St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and EDITION hotels. Marriott Bonvoy members can also use points to bid for exclusive access via Marriott Bonvoy Moments.
