Torno Subito, the whimsical Italian concept at COMO Dempsey by renowned chef Massimo Bottura, is giving you more reasons to enjoy the golden hour with the debut of AperiTorno—a vibrant, Italian-style aperitivo session complete with specially priced cocktails and complimentary snacks.

Available Wednesday to Friday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, AperiTorno invites guests to wind down the day with S$15++ cocktails, each accompanied by free bar snacks. The highlight? Torno Subito’s newly launched ‘Cocktails by the Coast’collection, a playful yet elegant tribute to Italy’s most iconic seaside escapes.

A Taste of the Italian Riviera, One Sip at a Time

Each of the nine new cocktails evokes the essence of a different coastal destination across Italy—from the chic promenades of Portofino to the sun-drenched cliffs of the Amalfi Coast. These drinks are available at the regular price of S$22++ (or S$14++ for mocktails) outside of AperiTorno hours, but the real magic is in the golden-hour experience.

Here are some highlights from the new collection:

• Twist on the Spritz: A bright refresher made with Aperol, Prosecco and San Pellegrino Limonata, inspired by sunny afternoons in Jesolo.

• Cooler Than a Bellini: A fruity mix of lychee and prickly pear with Prosecco and St-Germain that channels the laid-back vibes of Lampedusa.

• Pesto Sour: An herbaceous creation with jasmine-infused vodka, lemon and basil, evoking the aromatic beauty of Portofino and the Cinque Terre.

• Fichissimo: A layered blend of fig, lemon, and grapes with botanical spirits, inspired by the charm of Gallipoli.

• Our G&T: With Poli Marconi 46 Gin, hibiscus tonic and redcurrant, this vibrant drink nods to the coastal-meets-mountain elegance of Forte dei Marmi.

• Pesca di Riviera: A luscious combination of rum, cherry liqueur, peach and pear that pays homage to the beaches of Emilia-Romagna—Massimo Bottura’s homeland.

• Sunburnt: A bold, chilli-infused tequila concoction drawing heat and inspiration from Calabria’s fiery spirit.

• Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu: Dewar’s 15-year-old whisky meets clarified tomato, basil, lime and grapefruit in this citrusy salute to the Amalfi Coast.

• Shakerato: Campari, vermouth and cold brew coffee come together in this bold and bittersweet ode to Sicily.

For those who prefer their cocktails alcohol-free, each drink also has a zero-proof version crafted with premium non-alcoholic spirits such as Sabatini 0.0 and Botivo—so you can enjoy all the flavour and story, minus the buzz.
