Curated by Director of F&B John Chye, who brings more than 20 years of international experience to the table, the new menu is designed for sharing, lounging, and sipping poolside. Whether you’re in the mood for something light or indulgent, there’s something for every craving.

• Tikka Taco (S$20++ for 3 pieces): Grilled tandoori lamb meets Mediterranean flavours with hummus, onion, raita and coriander for a perfectly balanced bite.

• Meat Me & Taco (S$50++ for 9 pieces): Ideal for 2–3 people, this generous platter features spicy pork sausage, miso beef cheek and baby back ribs served in soft tacos.

Mains

• Clock Out Cluck In (S$25++): Crunchy cornflake-crusted chicken topped with salted egg chicken floss, served with golden fries, a fried egg, and chilli lime dip.

Light Bites

• Prawn Cocktail Jar (S$16++): A refreshing twist on the classic prawn cocktail with lettuce, Japanese cucumber, garlic croutons and zesty cocktail sauce.

Dessert

• Churro-Rific (S$15++): Churros dusted with five-spice sugar, served with a rich salted peanut butter dip and velvety kaya sauce for a local twist.
