If you thought Opus Bar and Grill was just a steakhouse, think again. Located in voco Orchard Singapore, this long-time favourite is turning up the heat with three new dining concepts designed to offer something different depending on your mood, appetite, or the time of day. From fire-kissed meats to locally inspired high tea and afternoon grazing for two, Opus is reinventing how (and when) we indulge.

Grilled Out Sundays

Weekends are for unhurried feasting—and Opus has nailed the formula. Grilled Out Sunday is a hearty à la carte buffet built around the steakhouse’s signature open-flame grilling, offering unlimited rounds of appetisers, sides, desserts, and charcoal-grilled meats for $88++ per adult.

Highlights include:

  • Beef Prime Rib and Smoked Lamb Leg
  • Roasted Tandoori Chicken
  • Crispy Pork Knuckle with a shatteringly crisp skin
  • Whole Roasted Seabass
  • Spicy Roasted Cauliflower for a plant-based option

Every two months, the menu evolves to keep things fresh for return diners. Alongside the mains, you’ll find classics like Shrimp Cocktail, Duck Rillette with sourdough, and Beetroot and Feta Salad, as well as comforting sides like Beef Fat Roasted Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and Creamed Spinach with egg yolk.

Don’t skip dessert—Crème Brûlée, Apple Crumble, and an indulgent Ice Cream Sundae served knickerbocker glory-style await.

For a touch of theatre, expect tableside flambé presentations, where the chef’s weekly pick is set alight right before your eyes.

  • Every Sunday, 12pm–3pm
  • S$88++ per adult | S$44++ per child (6–12)
  • Set menu option available from S$48++
  • Free-flow drinks package: S$48++ (Taittinger Brut, wine, beer, cocktails)
  • March–April special: One adult dines free with every three paying

Local High Tea on Saturdays

High tea gets a local spin at Opus every Saturday with a semi-buffet spread celebrating Singapore’s diverse culinary heritage.

From eight curated stations, enjoy live popiah and kueh pie tee assembly, XO fried carrot cake, and chicken satay. On the Western side of the spectrum? Savour fusion bites like the Curry Beef Marmalade Slider and Sambal Seafood Pizza.

Choose a main course from a small but elevated list of hawker-inspired plates:

  • Singapore Laksa with Rock Lobster
  • Briyani with Mutton Curry
  • Three Treasure Beef Noodle Soup
  • Bak Kut Teh

And yes—there’s dessert. Over 15 sweet treats await, including Pandan Gula Melaka Pound Cake, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Summer Strawberry Verbena Tart from D9 Cakery.

  • Every Saturday, 12pm–3pm
  • S$58++ per adult | S$29++ per child (6–12)
  • Includes water, coffee, tea

Skewers & Sliders Stack

Perfect for a relaxed afternoon, this new midday sharing platter brings together bold Asian-inspired skewers and hearty mini sliders in a three-tier presentation.

On the skewer front:

  • Teriyaki Salmon
  • Bulgogi Wagyu Beef
  • Chicken Masala
  • Miso Eggplant

The sliders are just as punchy, with:

  • Smoked Beef Brisket
  • Mini Cheeseburgers
  • Crispy Fish Fillets

Finish it all off with a dessert trio, including the renowned D9 Cakery Cheesecake and a Dark Chocolate Brownie with Hazelnut Crème.

  • Weekdays, 12pm–5pm | Weekends, 3pm–5pm
  • S$54++ for two diners

“Each of these new experiences was designed to bring people together over great food,” says Executive Chef Dean Bush. From weekend indulgence to shareable afternoon treats, Opus continues to prove that great dining doesn’t have to be complicated—just thoughtful, flavour-packed, and a little bit theatrical.
