Sky22 is putting its own elevated twist on the afternoon tea ritual with the launch of High Tea for Two, now served daily at the newly reopened space on the 22nd floor of Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena. With its sky-high vantage point and floor-to-ceiling windows, this reimagined tea experience offers not only sweeping panoramic views of the city but also a rotating, monthly themed menu designed to delight both sweet and savoury palates.

Available from 3:00pm to 5:00pm daily, this two-person set is priced at S$48++, making it a highly accessible way to indulge in a leisurely afternoon over delicate bites and soothing brews.

A New Chapter for Afternoon Tea

Crafted by Head Chef Chris Lee, whose pastry experience spans luxury kitchens in Europe and Singapore—including The Patissier and Tea Palace—this new afternoon tea menu is a refined yet playful showcase of seasonal flavours and culinary craft.

March Theme: Celebrating Berries

The debut theme focuses on the natural sweetness and tartness of seasonal berries, reinterpreted across a variety of forms and textures.

Sweets include:

• Strawberry, lychee and basil mousse – bright, herbaceous, and floral
• Summer berry burnt cheesecake – mini in size, big on richness
• Lemon strawberry madeleines – zesty and delicate
• Freshly baked scones – served with berry jam and Chantilly cream

Savoury bites offer just as much finesse:

• Cornish or Chicken Pie – choose between classic British comfort or rich morel cream
• Smoked salmon sandwich – with dill and sour cream
