Forget green beer—this St. Patrick’s Day, it’s all about green pastures, Atlantic waters, and grass-fed excellence. From now until 10 April 2025, Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) is bringing the heart of Ireland’s rich food culture to Singapore with “A Taste of Ireland”, a month-long showcase featuring five buzzworthy restaurants and some of the best chefs in town.

The lineup? Think slow-braised Irish Angus beef, silky Avonmore cream, Gallagher’s oysters, and more—all woven into exclusive menus that highlight the purity, provenance, and sustainability of Ireland’s world-class produce.

Five Restaurants, One Delicious Mission

Each partner restaurant is putting their own spin on Irish ingredients, offering a unique, limited-time experience for the curious diner.

🥩 Carnaby

The Gaelic Feast (S$64) stars Teeling whiskey-braised Irish Angus beef ribs, creamy champ mash, and heirloom carrots. Don’t miss the cheeky cocktail pairing—Janey Mackers (S$21), a lush mix of whiskey, wild strawberry jam, and potato milk.

🥪 Sarnies

Sarnies puts a comfort food twist on Irish goodness with:

  • Salted Irish Brisket Reuben (S$28)
  • Truffle Mushroom & Mentaiko Pasta (S$22–28)
  • Creamy Avonmore cream-laced coffees, including their signature Black Sesame (S$7.50)

🍕 Santi’s Pizza & Produce

At Santi’s, Irish beef and dairy meet Italian tradition with dishes like:

  • Irish Steak Au Poivre (S$120)
  • Stracciatella-filled Panuozzo Pizza (S$24)
  • Vodka Sugo Pasta (S$24)
  • Pot de Crème (S$12) for a velvety finish

🍰 Cygnet by Sean Connolly

End on a sweet note with the Báinín Pudding (S$18), a nostalgic Irish riff on bread and butter pudding topped with Avonmore vanilla cream sauce. It’s indulgent, it’s comforting—and it’s a vibe.

🍽 POPI’s at Mandala Club (Members Only)

Elevating Irish produce with luxe flair, POPI’s features:

  • Grilled Irish T-Bone for Two (S$158)

🇮🇪 More Than Just Good Food

Ireland’s commitment to sustainable farming is as impressive as its flavours. Through the Origin Green programme, over 61,000 farmers and 300+ food producers work under the world’s first national food and drink sustainability scheme. It’s not just a meal—it’s a movement.

“We want diners to experience not just the taste but the values behind Irish food—purity, traceability, and sustainability,”says Lisa Phelan, Southeast Asia Director at Bord Bia.
