- Pan Roasted Sous Vide Prime Steer Tenderloin: This dish showcases the tenderness and rich flavours of prime-grade beef tenderloin cooked to perfection using the sous vide method and served with a luscious texture of mushrooms and a zesty wasabi shoyu butter.
- Free Range Chicken Breast: Tender free-range chicken breast adorned with decadent truffle foie gras butter, velvety burnt onion soubise, and a luscious Pinot Noir reduction.

Additionally, indulge in Rosella Panna Cotta with Lychee Konnyaku and Banana Caramelised Chocolate Moelleux Tart.
