On Wednesday, 25 September 2024, MOGĀ at Pullman Singapore Hill Street will host a special guest shift featuring the renowned Penicillin from Hong Kong (#24 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024). Laura and Agung Prabowo, founders of Penicillin and industry icons with decades of experience, will lead the one-night-only guest shift.

Penicillin, renowned for its closed-loop sustainable production model, aligns with MOGĀ’s focus on provenance and innovative techniques. Guests will have the rare opportunity to experience Penicillin’s signature sustainable cocktails without leaving Singapore. The Penicillin guest shift will run from 8 pm to 12 am. Danny Cecil of William Grant & Sons Singapore will take over the bar concurrently, from 11 pm, till 2 am afterwards to round off the night.
