In celebration of Earth Month, Impossible Foods has launched a campaign to encourage consumers in Singapore to calculate the impact of their food choices and do their part to turn back the clock on climate change. For the entire month of April, consumers can look forward to an exciting line-up of activities, incredible giveaways as well as special menu creations at close to 100 outlets across Singapore.

One of the special creations this year is the ‘Heal the Earth’ Impossible™ Meatball from RUBATO Italian Kitchen & Bar. Specially created by head chef Marcus Wu, this #instaworthy dish is made with the award-winning plant-based Impossible™ Beef, seasoned with fresh Mediterranean herbs and filled with handmade burrata in the shape and likeness of our planet. To make it easy for people to visualise the positive environmental impact they have made, Impossible Foods has launched the Impossible™ Impact Calculator, an interactive tool with beautiful graphics that enables consumers to learn exactly how much they can reduce their land, water and emissions footprints by choosing Impossible Beef instead of beef from cows. Members of the public will also stand to win up to $15,000 worth of prizes in a lucky draw if they submit their receipts on the microsite.

From now till 30th April 2021, consumers can also find Impossible Beef at their nearest Cold Storage, Giant, NTUC Fairprice and Market Place stores in convenient, versatile 340g packs at just S$9.90. Impossible Beef is also just a click away on Cold Storage Online, Giant Online and Redmart.
