The Tiffany Blue Box Café has officially opened in Hong Kong, bringing the jewellery house’s signature dining concept to Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay. Located on the first floor of Tiffany & Co.’s newly unveiled store, the café serves breakfast, afternoon tea and an all-day menu created under the culinary direction of Chef Agustin Balbi of one-Michelin-starred Andō.

The Hong Kong outpost follows the original Blue Box Café concept first introduced in New York, combining dining with the brand’s distinctive design language and Tiffany Blue interiors. The café is open daily from 11am to 9pm.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s comes to Hong Kong

One of the main draws is the café’s version of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, inspired by the famous film and priced at HK$328 per person, plus a 10 per cent service charge.

The set begins with seasonal fruits, pastries including croissants, pain au chocolat and peach tart, alongside Greek yoghurt with house-made granola. Guests can then choose between two mains: avocado toast topped with Japanese egg, brown butter emulsion and Spanish ibérico ham, or poached Japanese egg with smoked salmon and paprika foam. Those looking to make the meal a little more indulgent can add Baerii caviar. Coffee or tea is included.

Afternoon tea with a Tiffany twist

The afternoon tea set, priced at HK$358 per person plus service charge, combines savoury bites and sweet treats inspired by Tiffany & Co.’s aesthetic.

The savoury selection includes Egg Waffle Puff with caviar and crème fraîche, tuna tartare on toast, Japanese egg sandwiches and mini lobster buns with smoked paprika and white cucumber.

For dessert, guests can expect Tiffany & Co. macarons, seasonal fruit tarts, red velvet cake, opera cake, egg tarts and the signature Tiffany & Co. cake. The experience also includes raisin and chocolate scones served with clotted cream and preserves.

An all-day menu created for Hong Kong

The all-day dining menu was created exclusively for Hong Kong and reflects Chef Agustin Balbi’s ingredient-driven approach. The menu combines international influences with touches that reference local flavours and familiar café dishes.

Starters include Hokkaido scallop carpaccio (HK$228) with pineapple salsa and crispy kombu, tuna tartare (HK$358) with oscietra caviar and tapioca chips, seasonal tomato burrata salad (HK$210), and king prawn salad (HK$178) with XO thousand island dressing.

Among the mains are homemade egg tagliolini (HK$218) with Yunnan mushrooms and cream sauce, slow-cooked Label Rouge chicken breast (HK$268), grilled Argentinian Angus beef tenderloin (HK$368), and the Tiffany & Co. burger (HK$188) served with fries.

For sharing, the Spanish red prawn rice (HK$388) for two takes inspiration from Mediterranean flavours and serves as one of the centrepiece dishes on the menu.

Desserts continue the café’s polished aesthetic with mascarpone, cacao and coffee ice cream (HK$118) and the signature Tiffany Blue cake (HK$138), made with hazelnut and salted caramel and inspired by the brand’s iconic shade of blue.

Dining in Tiffany Blue

The café has been designed as a destination that can accommodate different occasions, whether it’s breakfast, afternoon tea, a casual lunch or dinner. Guests can dine in the main dining room, sit at the bar or book the private dining room for a more intimate experience. Reservations for all dining periods are now open.

For those who have always wanted their own version of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, the new Hong Kong café offers exactly that, complete with Tiffany Blue interiors and a menu created by one of the city’s best-known chefs.
