The festive season arrives early at MO BAR, Singapore. From 24 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, the bar at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore will introduce two limited-time cocktails inspired by the warmth and sparkle of Christmas — Ember & Snow and Blush of Dawn.
Ember & Snow (S$26++) evokes a cosy winter evening—blending Martell VSOP, Frangelico, Bols amaretto, Amaro Montenegro, and espresso—offering heartwarming sips reminiscent of festive gatherings. For those who prefer something effervescent, Blush of Dawn (S$26++) captures the joy of a celebratory toast with Diplomatico Blanco, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur, cacao and champagne.
Complementing these creations, MO BAR will also launch a new special featuring Oysters & Champagne from 24 November 2025. On Sundays to Thursdays, from 6pm to 8pm, guests will enjoy free-flow champagne and a half dozen oysters at S$108++ per person, perfect for pre-dinner indulgence or after-work celebrations, and a fitting prelude to the holiday season.
