La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton has expanded its dining line-up with four new restaurants and bars at its resort in Sunset Town, Phu Quoc.

The additions — Seta, Finca, Francesca and Luna Folk — bring the resort’s total number of restaurants, bars and lounges to eight. Rather than following a single culinary theme, the new venues span contemporary Cantonese-Chinese cuisine, Mediterranean and Spanish flavours, sunset drinks and late-night cocktails with live music.

Seta: Contemporary Cantonese-Chinese dining

Seta is the most restaurant-focused of the four new openings. The contemporary Cantonese-Chinese restaurant is led by Chef Victor Ho, who has more than 30 years of experience working in Michelin-starred kitchens.

The menu centres on dishes such as wok-fired seafood, barbecued meats and dim sum. The restaurant also includes show kitchens, intimate tables and private dining areas, making it suitable for both casual meals and group occasions.

Finca: Spanish and Mediterranean sharing plates

Finca takes a more relaxed approach with a menu inspired by Southern Europe. Designed as a modern Spanish bistro, it serves tapas-style sharing plates, grilled dishes and Mediterranean classics made with seasonal ingredients.

Its emphasis is on communal dining, with shared plates paired with wine in a setting styled after a Mediterranean villa. The restaurant also features Spanish paella among its signature dishes.

Francesca: Poolside drinks and sunset views

Francesca is a dual-level pool bar and rooftop deck overlooking the coast. The venue combines indoor and alfresco seating with wines, cocktails and views towards the Campanile clocktower and the sea.

The bar takes its name from Francesca, the girlfriend of Tran, a Vietnamese musician whose story inspired the resort’s new wing. That narrative carries through to the venue’s more romantic atmosphere, particularly around sunset.

Luna Folk: A jazz bar for late-night drinks

Luna Folk shifts the mood later into the evening. The speakeasy-style jazz bar draws on American-Italian influences, with cocktails, live music and a vintage-inspired interior.

It is positioned as the resort’s after-dark venue for guests who want to continue the evening after dinner rather than end the night at the restaurant table.

Eight dining venues from breakfast to midnight

The four openings join La Festa Phu Quoc’s existing venues, including The Merchant, Il Salone, Cielo and Mare. Together, the resort is building a dining programme that runs from breakfast through to late-night drinks.

Breakfast is available at venues including The Merchant, Finca and Il Salone, while lunch ranges from Vietnamese seafood and buffet options to Spanish sharing plates. Il Salone also serves a course-by-course “Festa di Frutta” high tea in the afternoon.

In the evening, guests can head to Francesca or Cielo for sunset drinks before dining at Seta or Mare. Luna Folk then takes over as the late-night option with cocktails and live music.

Dining in the heart of Sunset Town

La Festa Phu Quoc sits in Sunset Town on the southwest coast of Phu Quoc. Several of its dining venues look towards local landmarks including Kiss Bridge, while the area’s nightly fireworks can also be seen from parts of the resort.

The expansion gives travellers staying in Sunset Town more dining choices within the property itself, while also making the resort a possible stop for visitors looking for anything from a Chinese dinner or Spanish sharing plates to sunset cocktails and live music.
