Almost a year after returning to ION Orchard, The Marmalade Pantry has introduced a new selection of dishes and drinks available exclusively at its flagship outlet. The additions continue the menu direction introduced with the October 2025 relaunch, combining familiar Asian flavours with Western bistro-style preparations.

The new line-up moves across starters, mains and drinks, with dishes such as otah risotto, pork ragu over angel hair pasta and Manila clams paired with pickled vegetables. The menu is available now at The Marmalade Pantry ION Orchard.

Starters with a lighter Asian accent

The Prawn & Citrus Radicchio pairs sweet prawns with radicchio and Japanese citrus, bringing a sharper, fresher edge to a European-style salad.

For something warmer, the Zucchini & Leek Velouté keeps the combination simple, with the sweetness of the leek taking centre stage in the smooth soup.

From otah risotto to eight-hour short ribs

The East-meets-West approach is most obvious in the mains. The Prawn & Otah Risotto folds otah and coconut flavours into a creamy risotto, then finishes the dish with turmeric leaves for a citrusy, aromatic lift.

The Pork Ragu takes its cues from Chinese braised pork. Dried mushrooms add earthy umami to the sauce, which is served with angel hair pasta. Crispy Parma ham and fried kawa ebi bring additional saltiness and texture.

Seafood also features in the Manila Vongole Pasta, where sweet Manila clams are matched with sour pickled vegetables and coriander purée. Rather than following a classic Italian vongole profile closely, the dish uses the acidity and herbs more commonly associated with Southeast Asian flavours.

The Spring Chicken goes in a different direction, with spice-marinated grilled chicken served alongside cucumber tzatziki. Meanwhile, the Short Ribs are slow-cooked for eight hours before being caramelised on the outside. They come with charred corn, a spicy dip and fresh herbs to balance the richness of the beef.

New coffee, smoothie, kombucha and wine options

The drinks menu has been expanded too. The Apple Cano combines The Marmalade Pantry’s 100% Arabica Raven coffee with red apple and honey. According to the restaurant, the fruit helps soften the acidity of the espresso.

For a non-coffee option, the Mango Dragon Bliss Smoothie blends mango and red dragon fruit with yoghurt and honey.

The ION Orchard outlet has also extended its Kombucha by Chateaux selection with Ooh-La-La, Honey Yuzu and Purple Rain, alongside a new range of wines available by the glass and bottle. These additions are exclusive to the ION Orchard location.
