Christmas Week at temper

temper celebrates its first festive season with a Christmas menu available from 22 to 27 December. The line-up brings together comforting classics and richer seasonal flavours.
Ham Croquetas deliver a creamy, savoury bite; the Porchetta Sandwich offers layers of crackling, shaved onions and green goddess sauce; while the Braised Beef Cheek is slow-cooked in red wine for depth and tenderness.

Vegetarian diners can opt for the Eggplant Parmigiana, baked until soft and layered with tomato and cheese. For dessert, the Stickiest Date Pudding returns with a generous pour of warm toffee and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Two festive cocktails accompany the menu. Ho Ho Ho features a ruby hue with tart notes balanced by cinnamon, while White Christmas leans rum-forward with a gently spiced, cleaner finish.

Note: temper will be closed on 25 December.

New Year’s Glow: A Five-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner

On 31 December, temper hosts New Year’s Glow — a one-night celebration beginning with a five-course dinner priced at S$200++ per person. Dinner runs from 5pm to 10pm, with last seating at 7:30pm.

The menu revisits familiar signatures, including Sicilian Sashimi, the indulgent Uni & Crab Roll and Zaab Chicken Nanban. For the main course, guests may choose between Crispy Beef Brisket with a golden crust or an aromatic Cod Bouillabaisse. A Red Velvet Tres Leches brings the evening to a celebratory close.

Countdown Party and New Year’s Eve Cocktails

From 9pm, DJ YA5TH sets the tone for the night before the countdown party begins at 10pm. Entry from 10pm onwards is based on an à la carte beverage minimum spend of $150++ per person.

To round out the celebrations, temper is serving a New Year’s Eve cocktail called Celebration, available from 29 to 31 December. Bottle packages featuring Balvenie 12, Código Añejo, Yamazaki 12 and Martell Cordon Bleu are also offered for groups looking to toast the night.
