What happens when you blend luxury kitchen innovation, a secret garden in the heart of Hong Kong, and eight of the region’s top Michelin-starred chefs? You get the Gaggenau Culinary Artisan Series 2025—a masterclass experience redefining farm-to-table cuisine.

Held at the exclusive KI Club in Causeway Bay, these intimate sessions invite a select group of food enthusiasts to step into a lush rooftop garden, harvest heirloom vegetables and edible blooms, and cook alongside award-winning chefs. Powered by Gaggenau’s high-performance appliances, each class dives deep into seasonal ingredients, precision cooking, and culinary storytelling.

From now until December 2025, guests will experience a rotating lineup of chefs known for their artistry across cuisines:

  • Agustin Balbi (Ando – Spanish-Japanese fusion)

  • Ricardo Chaneton (Mono – Latin American)

  • Antimo Merone (Estro – Modern Italian)

  • Adam Wong (Forum – Three Michelin-starred Cantonese)

  • Gaurav Kuthari (Chaat – Progressive Indian)

  • Loic Portalier (Louise – Contemporary French)

  • Liu Zhen (Yong Fu – Refined Ningbo-style Chinese)

  • Adam Catterall (Roganic – Modern British with a green Michelin star)

Each class includes a hands-on harvest from KI Club’s rooftop garden, followed by the creation of two exquisite dishes under the chef’s guidance. Expect deep dives into culinary themes such as edible flowers, seasonal menu planning, and advanced techniques.

Access to these sessions is limited to KI Club members, offering a truly exclusive opportunity to learn from Asia’s best. Membership also opens doors to future Gaggenau culinary events and private dining experiences.
