This International Sushi Day (18 June 2025), sushi lovers are in for a jet-setting culinary experience—minus the passport. From 16 to 19 June, SUSHISAMBA Singapore invites diners to embark on a sushi “world tour” with the launch of its inaugural Sushi Week, a celebration of international flavour, creativity, and signature Samba rolls from across its global locations.

As part of this special four-day event, the iconic sky-high restaurant joins its counterparts in cities like Milan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Las Vegas to present five exclusive Samba rolls—each one usually only found in its home city. For the first time ever, they’ll all be available under one roof, right here in Singapore.

The World Tour Line-up:

  • Chili Crab Roll (S$34) – Singapore: A local favourite with soft-shell crab tempura, sweet chilli, and yuzu mayo.

  • Wagyu Dhabi Roll (S$39) – Abu Dhabi: Luxurious A5 Japanese wagyu, king oyster mushrooms, kampyo, and truffle aioli.

  • Samba Dubai Roll (S$34) – Dubai: Maine lobster, mango, avocado, soy paper, and aji honey truffle for a sweet-savoury punch.

  • Samba Milano Roll (S$32) – Milan: Salmon, crispy nori, teriyaki glaze, ikura, and cream cheese—Italian flair meets sushi finesse.

  • Samba Vegas Roll (S$32) – Las Vegas: A bold mix of crispy rice, toro, yuzu tobiko, chipotle mayo, and balsamic.

Can’t pick just one? Opt for the Special Sushi Day Platter (S$155) featuring all five. For larger groups, there’s plenty to share, including the Samba 7 Nigiri (S$72), Samba Ultimate Sashimi (S$290), and Samba Ultimate Sashimi/Maki/Nigiri (S$290).
