Whisky lovers, get ready for a decadent sip of luxury. The Singleton has just unveiled its most indulgent collection yet—The Gourmand Collection—a stunning release of three 42-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, each inspired by the flavours of iconic desserts.

Representing the pinnacle of The Singleton’s commitment to craftsmanship and flavour innovation, this trio goes beyond age and rarity. It offers an elevated sensory journey rooted in the art of pâtisserie. Developed by The Singleton’s Malt Master, Dr. Craig Wilson, each bottle features the brand’s hallmark richness and complexity, enhanced by the longest secondary maturation in the distillery’s history.

Here’s a closer look at what to expect from each expression in the collection:

  • Fig & Chocolate Ganache – Deep, luxurious notes of melted dark chocolate, layered with hints of warm spice and dried fig sweetness.

  • Caramelised Crème Brûlée – Smooth and elegant, with rich custard notes, caramelised sugar, and a velvety finish.

  • Black Cherry Gâteau – Juicy black cherries mingle with dark chocolate and a whisper of spice, making every sip a dessert in itself.

To elevate this experience even further, The Singleton collaborated with Master Pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud from Maison de Haute Pâtisserie at The Connaught, London. Taking inspiration from the whiskies, Rouzaud created three bespoke desserts designed to pair perfectly with each dram—showcasing how whisky and pastry can come together in perfect harmony.

Only five sets of The Singleton Gourmand Collection are available in Singapore, each priced at S$13,000. The set includes three 50cl bottles and is designed for the discerning collector or connoisseur who appreciates the art of slow aging and culinary storytelling.

This collection is not just about whisky—it’s about reimagining flavour and celebrating the deep connection between food and spirits. Whether you’re a whisky enthusiast or a dessert devotee, this one’s for those who savour life’s finer moments.
