From May 21 to 27, The Lobby Lounge at Regent Hong Kong will host an unmissable week-long pop-up with Japan’s cult-favourite Shogun Burger — marking the gourmet brand’s debut in the city.
Known for its smash-hit wagyu creations, Shogun Burger is bringing a taste of Tokyo’s streetwise burger culture to Hong Kong’s luxury dining scene. Crafted from coarsely ground, never-frozen Japanese black wagyu and seared to juicy perfection on a hot iron griddle, these award-winning burgers have taken Japan and social media by storm.
Now, burger lovers in Hong Kong can finally get a bite.

Special Guest Appearances
Adding to the hype, Shogun Burger CEO and founder Taiki Honda and head chef Atsuko Ohgiya will be in attendance throughout the pop-up. Ohgiya, a two-time World Food Championships finalist, is the culinary force behind the brand’s award-winning burgers.
