Inspired by Manhattan’s vibrant bar scene, The Cygnet Hour offers tableside-shaken cocktails for a touch of theatre, alongside a rotating selection of three spirit-forward classics and a refreshing highball option.

• A curated selection of bar snacks at $10 each, including:
