Sora Bar, Phnom Penh’s iconic rooftop destination, has unveiled its new Alchemy of Anime menu, an immersive cocktail and dining experience inspired by Japanese manga. Officially launched on 21 January 2025, this innovative menu blends artistry, storytelling, and bold Japanese flavours, inviting guests to explore a world where cocktails and cuisine pay tribute to iconic manga characters.

Crafted by Bar Manager KT Lam and the Sora Bar team, the menu brings together Japanese heritage and Cambodia’s evolving identity, creating a fusion of cultures expressed through flavour and presentation.

Each drink on the Alchemy of Anime menu is designed to capture the essence of manga characters, drawing inspiration from their adventures, symbolism, and personality traits. Guests can expect creative flavour profiles, artistic presentation, and a multisensory experience that takes them into the heart of Japanese storytelling.

“Every drink on this menu is more than just a cocktail—it’s a character brought to life in a glass,” says KT Lam.

The menu was a collaborative effort, with the Sora Bar team meticulously crafting each element to ensure the flavours and aesthetics align with the narratives they represent.

Located on the 37th floor of Rosewood Phnom Penh, Sora Bar offers stunning city skyline views alongside its carefully curated cocktail selection.
