This March 2025, SUSHISAMBA Singapore is set to host its first-ever guest shift event, bringing together four globally renowned bartenders for a one-night-only mixology showcase. On 1 March 2025, guests can experience the artistry of Giancarlo Mancino, Arcadius Rybak, David Cordoba, and Simone Rossi, each of whom has played a key role in shaping SUSHISAMBA’s tri-cultural cocktail programme.

With two unique guest shifts happening simultaneously at SAMBAROOM and the main bar on Level 52, this event promises an unforgettable night of expertly crafted cocktails, live music, and vibrant energy.

SAMBAROOM: A Night with Giancarlo Mancino & Arcadius Rybak

At SAMBAROOM, Italian beverage consultant Giancarlo Mancino and award-winning bartender Arcadius Rybakwill take over the bar, presenting an exclusive selection of cocktails featuring premium spirits and innovative flavour combinations.

• Shiso Negroni
• Wasabi Sour

As the night unfolds, the venue transforms into Casa De SAMBA, featuring live DJs spinning retro hits and disco, samba dancers, and percussionists.

SUSHISAMBA Main Bar: A Tropical Takeover with David Cordoba & Simone Rossi

At the main bar on Level 52, rum expert David Cordoba (Mr. Daiquiri) and Simone Rossi, former Director of Bars at Rosewood Hong Kong’s DarkSide, will craft tropical, Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian inspired cocktails that capture SUSHISAMBA’s signature style.
