Perched high above the city in Mr. Stork’s lush rooftop sanctuary, the new cocktail menu shakes up the scene with 30 creative concoctions inspired by the vibrant spectrum of personalities. Guests can dive into a cheeky five-question personality quiz, with prompts like “What’s your ideal weekend plan?” and “What’s your midnight move?” to uncover the drink that perfectly captures their unique essence.

Adventurers can revel in a thrilling line-up of bold shooters that ignite the senses. From the indulgent Purple Angel (S$18), infused with the luscious essence of ube crème, to the daring caramel burst of If You See K? (S$18), these spirited shots, offered individually or as a set of five, create the perfect tone for unforgettable nights

Creators are treated to an artful selection of draught cocktails that transform every sip into a masterpiece. Tranquil Zen Blossom(S$22) weaves delicate citrus and floral notes into a serene experience, while daring NFT – Never Forget Taste (S$25) pairs Botanist Gin with vibrant citrus and floral accents, capturing the playful and bold essence of creativity.

For the lively Class Clowns who light up every gathering, punch bowls steal the show. The tropical Aliya Maximus (S$188), the fizzy zest of Insolito XXL (S$188), and the rich, barrel-aged depth of Big Bang Old Fashioned (S$188) serve up bold flavours in generous pours, transforming every toast into a jubilant celebration.

Connoisseurs will find solace in timeless classics such as the elegant Vieux Carré (S$24) and the ever-sophisticated Old Fashioned (S$23), while Challengers embrace bold, daring signatures. From the exotic allure of Aliya (S$25) to the fiery thrill of Jalapeño Jamboree (SGD 22), these cocktails push the boundaries of flavour and imagination.

For those who thrive on stories, Bartender’s Handshake (S$27) awaits—crafted bespoke for the Narrator. Every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen, creating a cocktail that reflects personal tales and sparks new ones with every sip.

Curators, with their penchant for balance, can indulge in low-ABV creations like the zesty Oh Snap! (S$18) or the sophisticated Triple C (Coffee, Cognac, Coconut) (S$20). Energisers, always in motion, will delight in vibrant zero-proof mocktails such asTropical Oasis (S$20) or the floral and refreshing Tulip (S$18).

“This menu is more than just a collection of drinks—it’s a celebration of individuality and the vibrant personalities that bring the fun spirit of Mr. Stork to life,” shares Moritz Kam, Director of Food & Beverage at Andaz Singapore. “We wanted to create an experience that’s as playful and dynamic as our guests, and this launch captures that spirit beautifully.”

Beyond cocktails, guests can savour a handpicked selection of beers, wines, Champagnes, and bar bites perfect for sharing. Highlights include the indulgent Margherita Pizzette (S$20), a vegetarian delight with plum tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and basil, and the fiery Pepperoni Pizzette (S$25), featuring spicy pepperoni and a kick of chilli padi. Mr. Stork Sharing Platter (S$68) offers a tempting spread of beef sliders, crispy prawn wonton, K-pop chicken, margherita pizzette, and signature truffle and seaweed fries—ideal for enjoying under the city’s twinkling skyline.

Complementing the menu, Allofme wines from Yunnan, China, tell a story of resilience and empowerment, supporting Tibetan women farmers with a portion of proceeds donated to uplift their communities. This exclusive collection includes versatile reds, whites, and rosés, perfect for any occasion.

Beer lovers can enjoy the Andaz Lager by Brewlander, a crisp, smooth craft beer brewed in collaboration with Singapore’s premier independent brewery, pairing beautifully with the rooftop’s vibrant energy and delectable bites.
