Upcoming exciting events at AIR

AIR has a lineup of events that promise to engage and entertain. On 21 July 2024, from 12pm to 8pm, join AIR for The Smallest Wine Fair x Lawn Party 002, where wine importers will showcase wines representing the elements of air, water, fire, and earth. Participating brands include RAW SG, Racine Wines Co., Italian Wine Club, The Wine Shop, The Straits Wine Company, and The Cheese Shop.

No event at AIR is complete without their signature bites. At The Smallest Wine Fair, AIR will transform the property into a vibrant lawn gathering, grilling and serving an array of delicious dishes that complement the wines. Highlights include Grilled Chicken with lemongrass, ginger, and smoked chili oil, Grilled Shrimp served with roselle glaze, aromatic butter, and puffed rice, and their Re-Incarnated “Chocolate” Brownie with Gula Apong sorbet.

Guests can also look forward to the next series of the Lawn Party, following the success of the previous event which saw collaborations with well-loved brands like Burnt Ends, Revolver, Le Bon Funk, Le Matin, and RVLT. This upcoming event, slated to occur in September, will feature more beloved local brands, great food, lively music, and community spirit. These events not only bring people together but also support World Central Kitchen, a non-profit founded by Chef Jose Andres, dedicated to providing meals after natural disasters.

Additionally, stay tuned for the upcoming Market on the Lawn event, where highlights could include farm tours amidst AIR’s lush garden farm, activities like scavenger hunt and creative workshops.
