From 22 to 29 January, indulge in the delicious and symbolically significant Yu Sheng, priced at S$38++ for two people, and gather with your loved ones to toss up the quintessential auspicious salad to prosperity, good health, and abundance. The luxurious Yu Sheng features fresh sashimi-grade salmon, crunchy peanuts and sesame, and is topped with tangy honey plum sauce and lotus chips.
Add an extra touch of festivity to your celebration with the dessert titled “Peace and Prosperity”, priced at S$24++. This refreshing dessert is filled with fragrant white chrysanthemums, which symbolise happiness and longevity, and mandarin oranges, which are a symbol of prosperity.

The restaurant opens its sky-high doors to welcome all to explore their senses through a sumptuous five-course contemporary Asian gastronomic affair, complete with impeccable views of Singapore’s iconic city skyline.
A Smoked Eel canape, served with tangy cucumber and dill, serves as the starting point of your amorous adventure. The finest seafood selections follow, with bold and clean flavours of Yellowtail Hamachi alongside a watermelon radish in a bed of ponzu and vibrant Lobster Tail, tantalised with Amela tomato and rose. Enjoy a premium-cut, fork-tender A4 Miyazaki Striploin seared to perfection, accompanied with hearty Port wine jus and buttery smooth miso mashed potato, with the captivating sunset as the ideal background to your evening.
