Cointreau, in partnership with Miss Fitz, presents Miss Fitz-mas, an exclusive, fun-filled Christmas pop-up that is spreading festive cheer at the bar until early January.
Miss Fitz and its newly launched hidden bar, Roxy have been transformed into a whimsical Christmas wonderland, with their halls well and truly decked with all the festive finery and merry trimmings and containing none other than Santa’s Workshop. With travel off the cards this year, Miss Fitz-mas will transport guests back to colder climates this winter. As well as a lineup of festive tipples and treats, Miss Fitz will also be running a series of exciting activations including a daily advent calendar and Secret Santa guest shifts for industry friends and regulars.

Gingerbread Old Fashioned with Wild Turkey Bourbon
The festive menu features a selection of Christmas cocktails including the ever-essential Eggnog, with Rémy Martin VSOP and house-made pumpkin pie spice, Cranberry Gin Fizz with The Botanist Gin and Elderflower, a Gingerbread Old Fashioned with Wild Turkey Bourbon, Gingerbread syrup and bitters for a warm and cosy libation and many others.

Guests can ring in the festive cheer with tasty holiday treats including an appetiser of Cranberry Brie Puffs, followed by a full Festive Dinner including a choice of Turkey Breast, Honey Baked Ham, Roast Beef or Roasted Eggplant served with maple glazed brussel sprouts, creamy mashed potato, gravy and house-made cranberry sauce. Those with a sweet tooth (it’s Christmas after all), can savour warm Apple Crumble with rich Caramel Sauce or a unique and exclusive Pumpkin Crème Brulee.
Advent raffle!
Each day, guests can enter an advent raffle for every S$50 spent at the bar. Prizes include a Christmas eggnog cocktail tutorial hosted by Miss Fitz and Roxy Head Bartender, Ricky Paiva; a Westland tote bag; Rèmy Martin Highball set and an Aperol Spritz Night at Bayside with food and drink for up to five people. The final prize, a two-night, three-day stay on Sentosa will be drawn on Christmas Eve and announced on Miss Fitz’s Facebook page.
