There are a few changes to Saveur’s menu, one of which is that they now have a main course portion for their popular Saveur Pasta! Those pink things are sakura ebi and honestly, I find them relatively tasteless. It’s the chilli oil and sauce that they toss the pasta in that’s delish.
I’m most glad that they decided to put the Salmon Confit (S$9.90++) back on the menu! This delicious piece of fish is cooked sous vide and is mostly raw. It comes on top of crisp green apple and is topped with konbu and chives. Yummeh!! I could eat 2 of these. Seriously.
