| 5-6 slices Brioche bread | |
| 2 tbsp butter | |
| 1/2 cup chocolate chips | |
| 3 eggs | |
| 1.5 cups BamNut M?LK | |
| 3/4 cup sugar | |
| 1 tsp cinnamon powder | 
| 1. | Pre-heat oven at 180 degC | 
| 2. | Break bread slices into pieces and place in a loaf tin | 
| 3. | Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle with chocolate chips | 
| 4. | In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, BamNut M?ILK, sugar and cinnamon | 
| 5. | Pour over bread and lightly push down with fork until bread is soaking up the egg mixture | 
| 6. | Bake in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes |
