1/2 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil | |
1/3 cup BamNut M?LK | |
1 cup sugar | |
2 tsp vanilla | |
1 tsp baking powder | |
1/2 cup cocoa powder | |
1 cup all purpose flour | |
1 cup vegan chocolate chips |
1. | Pre-heat oven to 180 degC |
2. | In a medium mixing bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, BamNut M?LK, sugar, vanilla and baking powder |
3. | Whisk in the cocoa powder until completely combined. Add the flour and whisk until combined. Then, fold in the chocolate chips. |
4. | Pour the batter into your baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes |
