Fans of bold flavours can head to the Taco Truck section, where Chick N’ Char ($18) combines lemongrass chicken with cheddar jack cheese, fresh herbs and lime for a vibrant fusion of Southeast Asian and Mexican influences.

Meanwhile, the New Chinatown menu introduces dishes such as Feisty Hen ($18), featuring Szechuan-spiced chicken popcorn, alongside Release the Kraken ($18), a serving of battered baby squid paired with chinchalok chilli jam and lemon.
