The refreshed offerings continue Artemis’ focus on ingredient-driven Mediterranean cuisine while expanding the selection across every course, giving diners more reasons to visit whether for business lunches, sunset dinners or evening celebrations.

A Fresh Take on Mediterranean Dining

The updated menus showcase a broader range of Southern European-inspired dishes that celebrate seasonal ingredients and bold Mediterranean flavours.

Among the new starters are Hamachi Crudo served with smoked eggplant and roasted red pepper, Argentinian Red Prawns à la Plancha paired with fava bean purée and pork sobrasada vinaigrette, and a colourful Watermelon Tartarewith goat’s cheese and Sicilian pistachio for those looking for a lighter vegetarian option.

For mains, guests can choose from dishes such as the Spiced Cauliflower Frittata with ras el hanout and harissa tzatziki, House-made Octopus & Squid Ink Fusilli, or the generous Australian F1 Wagyu Côte de Bœuf, created for sharing.

Desserts have also received an update, with new additions including the Sicilian Blood Orange Almond Cake, the indulgent Burnt Cheesecake “Tarta de Queso”, and a rich Sicilian Pistachio Torte.

Alongside the new dishes, Artemis has also introduced a redesigned menu layout that makes it easier for guests to navigate the restaurant’s expanded selection.

Complementing the refreshed dining experience is a brand-new one-for-one Happy Hour, available every weekday from 3pm to 7pm.

Guests can enjoy buy-one-get-one-free offers on a wide selection of handcrafted cocktails, premium gin and tonics, wines and draught beer while taking in the city skyline from Artemis’ rooftop terrace.

Classic cocktails such as the Espresso Martini, Negroni and Hugo Spritz are included, alongside signature house creations including Moon Dance, Queen of Hearts and Chelsea Picnic.

The drinks are best enjoyed with the restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired bar bites, making the Sky Bar an ideal destination to transition from work to evening in the heart of the CBD.
