If you’re looking for rooftop dining, cocktails and nightlife this August, HighHouse and NOVA have packed their calendars with a month-long programme of culinary collaborations, international guest bartenders, live DJs and National Day celebrations.

Located atop One Raffles Place, the sister venues are bringing together chefs, mixologists and performers from Singapore and abroad, offering everything from Nikkei cuisine and cocktail takeovers to skyline parties overlooking Marina Bay.

The High Table Returns with Nikkei Cuisine

One of the month’s highlights is the fourth edition of The High Table, HighHouse’s guest chef series.

Running from 14 August to 21 November 2026, the collaboration welcomes husband-and-wife chefs Daniel and Tamara Chavez from CANCHITA Peruvian Cuisine.

The specially curated menu showcases Nikkei cuisine, blending the bold flavours of Peru with the precision and techniques of Japanese cooking. Available for both lunch and dinner, the menu features eight exclusive dishes created especially for HighHouse.

Didi Han Takes Over the Decks

Electronic music fans can catch Didi Han on 8 August, as the Korean-born, Paris-based producer brings her signature sound to HighHouse.

Known for seamlessly blending house, jazz, hip-hop and electronic music, Didi Han has built an international following through performances across Europe and Asia, including appearances at Boiler Room.

Her Singapore set promises an evening of melodic electronic music against one of the city’s highest rooftop backdrops.

Shanghai Meets Singapore at Coast to Toast

On 14 August, HighHouse’s monthly Coast to Toast series heads to Shanghai.

The one-night collaboration brings together renowned nightclub Le Baron and cocktail destination Bar Blanc, combining underground music with contemporary mixology.

Victor Aime, co-founder and creative director of Le Baron, will lead the music programme, while acclaimed bartender Chase White from Bar Blanc will serve a specially curated cocktail menu inspired by his ingredient-led approach.

HighHouse Launches Its Cocktail Club

HighHouse is also introducing its new Cocktail Club concept on 20 August.

To mark the launch, the venue is collaborating with Kuala Lumpur’s Frank’s Bar, known for its New York-inspired speakeasy atmosphere and inventive cocktails.

Guests can enjoy creations from both HighHouse’s signature menu and Frank’s Bar’s “The Golden Age” collection, showcasing a mix of Asian storytelling, classic cocktail techniques and creative flavour combinations.

Lonely Hearts Club Returns

Mandopop fans can look forward to another edition of Lonely Hearts Club on 28 August.

The popular themed night celebrates nostalgic Chinese love songs from artists including Jay Chou and G.E.M., accompanied by a bespoke cocktail menu inspired by heartbreak and romance.

It’s an evening designed for anyone who enjoys singing along to Mandopop classics while taking in panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline.

Celebrate National Day at NOVA

For National Day on 9 August, NOVA is hosting a rooftop celebration overlooking the city.

Guests can enjoy specially themed food and cocktails while taking part in a landmark spotting challenge featuring Singapore’s skyline.

Those who successfully photograph selected landmarks can win prizes, including complimentary drinks and a bottle of Belvedere Organic Vodka Singapore Edition. Visitors dressed in red or white will also enjoy complimentary entry throughout the evening.

With unobstructed views from Level 63, NOVA offers a unique vantage point for Singapore’s birthday celebrations.

ÆON and Millennium Mambo Join the August Line-up

The music continues on 15 August with the return of ÆON, NOVA’s signature electronic music night featuring resident DJs SAMROVE and ZORÉ.

Later in the month, Millennium Mambo makes its debut as a weekly Thursday event from 27 August, celebrating the music of the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Expect throwback pop, R&B, hip-hop and EDM alongside drink promotions, creating a nostalgic party atmosphere for fans of Y2K club culture.

Weekly Events Continue Throughout August

Alongside the headline events, both venues continue their regular weekly programmes.

NOVA’s SUPERLOVA Ladies Night takes place every Wednesday, featuring complimentary drinks and champagne offers for ladies.

Meanwhile, NOVA Time Vault every Thursday celebrates the biggest hits from the 1990s and 2000s, offering an evening of sing-along favourites and nostalgic dancefloor classics.

Whether you’re planning a special dinner, rooftop cocktails, or a late-night party, HighHouse and NOVA’s August calendar offers plenty of reasons to head above the city this month.
