Sospiri: Elevated Italian Dining with Marina Bay Fireworks

Perched above IOI Central Boulevard Towers, Sospiri presents a polished New Year’s Eve dining experience paired with panoramic fireworks views. Guests can choose between two dinner seatings. The earlier seating features a four-course Italian menu, while the later seating offers a five-course experience that continues into the countdown with live DJ music and midnight Italian specialities.

The menus highlight refined dishes such as seafood tartlets, red prawn carpaccio with caviar, truffle-scented raviolini, and a choice of premium mains including roasted turbot or wagyu sirloin. The later seating extends the celebration with traditional Italian midnight dishes such as cacio e pepe, pork cotechino, lentils and panettone. Baia transforms into a theatrical New Year’s Eve destination inspired by vintage glamour and mythological storytelling. The evening blends live jazz, performance art and DJ-led dance anthems with direct views of the Marina Bay fireworks.

Indoor diners can opt for a dinner-and-party format featuring a seafood-driven multi-course menu, beginning with an abundant seafood tower, followed by handmade pasta, premium seafood or wagyu mains, and an elaborate dessert finale. For outdoor celebrations, Baia offers a range of table packages designed for sharing, combining mezze platters, hot mains, champagne and spirits. Options range from skyline-view patio tables to front-row fireworks seating, catering to both couples and larger groups seeking a high-energy rooftop countdown.

Southbridge: A Lively Rooftop Party Above Boat Quay

Southbridge offers a more laid-back but festive way to ring in the new year, set against the historic shophouses of Boat Quay and the city skyline. Designed for social groups and couples alike, the rooftop celebration centres on shared platters, champagne and spirits, with free-flow tortilla chips, truffle fries and celebratory shots throughout the night.
