A Scenic Escape for Festive Dining at Mount Faber Peak

Mount Faber Peak is turning the year-end season into a hilltop celebration, offering three distinct dining experiences across Arbora, Dusk and The Mirabilis Bar. Surrounded by greenery and elevated views of Harbourfront and Sentosa, the trio of venues creates an inviting retreat for festive meals and gatherings.

Leading the culinary direction this year is Executive Sous Chef Daniel Vaquero, whose background in Catalan and Spanish cuisine shapes the four-course festive menus available on 24, 25 and 31 December. His dishes blend refined flavours with approachable warmth, making Mount Faber Peak a destination for both family dinners and celebratory nights out.

Arbora: A Warm, Relaxed Festive Dinner

Arbora’s garden setting lends itself naturally to cosy gatherings. From 24 to 25 December, guests can enjoy a seasonal menu featuring highlights such as Salmon Nikkei Ceviche and New Zealand Lamb, finishing with a Pernod Parfait. On New Year’s Eve, Arbora welcomes diners with Tandoori Scallops, Angus Beef Cheek and a Mille-Feuille dessert — a comforting way to usher in the new year. Festive dinners are priced at S$88++ per adult and S$38++ per child.

Dusk: Sunset Views and an Elegant New Year’s Gala

Dusk pairs its golden-hour views with an elevated festive line-up. The Christmas menu showcases grilled octopus, Sanchoku striploin and a refined Mont-Blanc dessert. On 31 December, Dusk presents A Starlit New Year Gala, featuring dishes such as Catalan Suquet Stew, followed by mains like 72-Hour Wagyu Oxtail or Northeast Atlantic Aged Turbot. The dessert — a Genoa Biscuit Parfait — offers a bright and creamy finish. Vegetarian menus and an optional top-up for Boston Lobster Thermidor are available.

The Mirabilis Bar: Cocktails and Nightfall Celebrations

After dinner, guests can head to The Mirabilis Bar, home to a five-metre-tall illuminated floral centrepiece that anchors the venue’s garden-inspired cocktail programme. The refreshed menu highlights floral, herbal and fruit-led drinks including The Mirabilis, Agrios, Menta and Osaka Fizz, with non-alcoholic alternatives such as the hibiscus–lychee Hibisco and citrusy Naranja. Its open-air setting and skyline outlook make it a natural choice for evening gatherings.
