A Month of Neapolitan-Inspired Festivities

Trattoria Felino in Wan Chai is celebrating the holiday season with a series of festive dining experiences rooted in the comforting flavours of Naples. Throughout December, guests can look forward to Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners, a warm and hearty Christmas Day Brunch, and a rotating selection of seasonal specials available only for a limited time. The trattoria’s approach remains true to its culinary philosophy — generous portions, soulful dishes and a convivial atmosphere.

Christmas Eve Dinner – 24 December

The Christmas Eve menu is built around classic Italian comfort, starting with a trio of shared starters: Langoustine Toast lifted with avocado and lemon zest, crispy Mac & Cheese Frittatine, a creamy Carbonara Egg with pecorino and guanciale, and Bluefin Tuna Tartare paired with burrata and Amalfi lemon.

A luxurious Tagliolini with Périgord black truffle follows, before guests gather around a shared Roasted New Zealand Wagyu Bavette Steak served with peppercorn–caper sauce and roasted vegetables.

A trio of traditional dolci — Pistachio Gelato, Cannoli and Tiramisù — rounds off the evening.

New Year’s Eve Dinner – 31 December

The New Year’s Eve celebration offers an indulgent multi-course menu. Starters include an Uni Egg layered with sea urchin, potato and pecorino; toasted Pane e Pomodoro with cherry tomato and raspberry; and Scallop Crudo dressed in grapefruit, dill and mango vinaigrette.

The pasta course presents Homemade Spaghetti alla Chitarra topped with Sicilian red prawn and mandarin. Guests then share the Roasted New Zealand Wagyu Bavette Steak before ending with the same festive dessert trio: Cannoli, Tiramisù and Pistachio Gelato.

Christmas Day Brunch – 25 December

The Christmas Day Brunch features house favourites and festive additions. Diners start with sharing plates such as Classic Meatballs in tomato ragù, Mac & Cheese Frittatine, the signature Carbonara Egg, and Scallop Tartare on avocado toast.

Mains include Scialatielli with zucchini and pecorino, Tagliatelle with saffron beef ragù, Cod Fillet with fennel and saffron or Half Clay Pot–Braised Yellow Chicken. Optional upgrades include Spaghetti with Sea Urchin. A festive Pappardelle al Ragù di Maiale — enriched with pork, mushrooms, rosemary and pecorino — is available for two.

To finish, guests can choose from Cannoli, Tiramisù or Pistachio Gelato.

Seasonal Specials – 1 to 31 December

Beyond its holiday menus, Trattoria Felino is offering seasonal specials all month.

Snacks include Frittatine Cacio e Pepe and Cured Seabass with cherry tomatoes, olive oil and wild fennel.

Mains feature the Iberico Pork Pluma served with girolles, carrot purée and date vinegar jus.

Pasta lovers can explore weekday and weekend signatures:
• Tuesdays & Wednesdays – Gnochetti with Sicilian red prawn, capers and mandarin oil
• Thursdays & Fridays – Pumpkin Tortelli with parmesan fondue, amaretti crumble and balsamic
• Saturdays & Sundays – Maccheroncini with bluefin tuna tartare, Genovese sauce and basil
