Christmas Buffet at Element
The buffet features Roasted Prime Rib Bone-in, Traditional Turkey, Gammon Ham, seafood options such as Boston Lobster and King Crab, sashimi, sushi rolls and hot dishes including Salmon in Dill Sauce and Lamb Casserole. Desserts range from pecan tarts and crumble to Christmas bread pudding and stollen.

Christmas High Tea at Lobby Bar
The high tea includes savoury selections such as duck rillette, smoked salmon blinis and crêpe roulades, along with sweets including pavlova, log cakes, scones and muffins. Guests may choose from handcrafted coffees or TWG teas, with sparkling wine or champagne options available.
