This year, The St. Regis Singapore presents a wide range of handcrafted festive roasts, appetisers and desserts designed for at-home entertaining. Highlights include Roasted Boneless Gammon Ham, Angus Beef Grass-Fed Double Chop OP Rib and refined appetisers such as Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Fig Jam and The St. Regis Tea Blend Marinated Salmon.
