Extended Late-Night Dining at HighHouse
HighHouse introduces an expanded dining experience with its refreshed late-night menu available until 1am. The updated selection brings new dishes alongside reimagined favourites, designed for sharing or casual grazing.
The Raw Bar now features a Seafood Platter with “Amélie” Oysters, South African Green Lip Abalone poached in kombu, Ecuadorian prawns, Canadian lobster tail, ikura and Yellowfin negitoro with shiso, plus grilled Spanish octopus dressed with herb oil, olives and Chitose tomatoes.
Small Plates include Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallops with brown butter dashi and fennel, Norwegian Smoked Salmon ‘Tataki’ with Sichuan preserved vegetables and lemon-garlic sauce, Bone Marrow with Sansho Pepper Charred Leek Relish, and Ecuadorian Prawn Toast on sourdough with ikura and Marie Rose sauce.
A new Conservas section offers Spanish seafood preserved in olive oil—Mussels Escabeche, Baby Squid, Baby Sardines and Mackerel—served with house-made sourdough.
Big Plates showcase dishes such as the Hot & Sour Seafood Stew with lobster claw, whitebait and Tom Yum aromatics; Grilled Iberico Pork Collar with Dukkah and Black Truffle Char Siu sauce; Grilled Red Snapper with conpoy, brown shrimp and preserved lemon; and Slow-Cooked Australian Beef Cheek with miso-kombu sauce and wild mushrooms.
Desserts include Citrus Herb & White Chocolate Pudding with genmaicha ice cream, and Chocolate & Kvass with apricot glazed in ginger and lime topped with kvass sorbet.

Festive Menu at HighHouse
Available from 27 November to 31 December for lunch and dinner, HighHouse’s festive menus spotlight seasonal ingredients.
Lunch dishes feature Maple Leaf Duck Breast with chestnut purée and balsamic-cherry sauce; Josper-Grilled Maple-Glazed Iberico Pork Collar with Brussels sprouts and Doubanjiang sauce; and Chestnut and Mikan Mont Blanc with hazelnut dacquoise.
Dinner offerings elevate the experience with additions such as Foie Gras with the duck breast, and black winter truffle served with the Iberico pork collar. Desserts remain centred on the Chestnut and Mikan Mont Blanc.
Nora En Pure Live at HighHouse
On 12 December from 11pm, HighHouse hosts international deep house artist Nora En Pure. Known for her cinematic soundscapes and global festival appearances, she brings her distinct emotive and melodic style to Singapore. Pre-sale tickets include one drink at S$40; door tickets are S$50.

SUPERLOVA XMAS EDITION at NOVA
NOVA’s Christmas Eve event on 24 December features the SUPERLOVA XMAS EDITION with DJ Tang. The lineup focuses on R&B and Hip-Hop, shaped by DJ Tang’s experience across major clubs and events worldwide. His sets blend personal re-edits, remixes and technical turntablism, creating an energetic Christmas Eve atmosphere.
New Year’s Eve at HighHouse and NOVA
On 31 December, HighHouse offers a New Year’s Eve dinner from 6pm to 10pm, transitioning into an Afterhours party with DJs Zushan, Samrove and Chander Cheese. Ticketing includes minimum spend requirements for dinner and optional Afterhours upgrades.
NOVA hosts The Last Sunset of 2025 from 6pm to 10pm, followed by an Afterhours celebration led by Lenerd, RedMoon and Harv. Both venues offer combined access options for guests planning to move between spaces.
Weekly Fixtures at HighHouse & NOVA
SUPERLOVA Ladies Night runs every Wednesday from 11pm to 3am at NOVA, offering complimentary entry with two drinks for women and champagne for groups of five.
NOVA Time Vault on Thursdays from 9pm to 1am centres on nostalgic ’90s and ’00s music with open-air karaoke elements.
Happy Hours at NOVA include daily Sundown Happy Hour with selected spirits priced from S$12 per glass, and It’s Suntory Time from 11pm with further spirit promotions.
