This June, Hong Kong welcomes back one of the world’s most celebrated chefs: Anne-Sophie Pic, the only woman to hold seven MICHELIN stars globally. From 25 to 27 June 2025, she returns to Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic at LANDMARK’s Forty-Five to unveil a new seasonal tasting menu inspired by French culinary heritage and delicately reinterpreted for Hong Kong palates.

A Chef’s Homecoming: 25–27 June

Cheffe Pic will be present for lunch services on 25–27 June and for a special dinner on 27 June, offering guests a rare chance to meet the maestro herself. Under her guidance, Head Chef Marc Mantovani and Pastry Chef Leo Faler bring to life dishes that honour tradition while celebrating local nuance.

Highlights from the New Summer Menu

Les Berlingots ASP

From entrées to desserts, each dish is crafted to evoke memory, terroir, and emotion:

  • Les Berlingots ASP: Signature pasta filled with goat cheese, served in green tomato consommé infused with chrysanthemum and marigold—a nod to Hong Kong’s floral heritage.

  • Kinmedai: Charcoal-grilled fish with seaweed-roasted beans, dulse base, and sabayon made with bay leaf oil and pink peppercorn.

  • Charolais Beef Fillet: Miso- and coffee-marinated beef cooked meunière-style, served with black garlic and pine bud powder.

  • Limousin Sweetbread: Poached in milk, aged in beeswax, and finished in clarified butter with corn praline and lavender.

  • Matsutake & Abalone: A forest-meets-sea dish with gyokuro tea, kombu confit, and pine notes for deep umami.

A Symphony of Desserts

Raspberry

Anne-Sophie Pic’s approach to dessert is just as intricate:

  • Raspberry: With rosemary, sea fennel ice cream, cocoa nib meringue, and a touch of seaweed.

  • Mekonga Chocolate: Coriander-infused chocolate mousse with peanut praline and a spiced chocolate sauce.

  • Blackberry Pavlova: With smoked vanilla crèmeux and mulberry gin sauce.

  • La Pêche: Warm peach confit in cinnamon berry crust with cascara and verbena ice cream.
