This limited-edition release is the result of a meticulous new production process. Using winter wheat from Picardie and—for the first time ever—spring water from the French Alps, Altius undergoes a groundbreaking -24°C glacial filtration technique. The result is a vodka of extraordinary smoothness, delicately layered with alpine minerality, soft green apple notes, and a distinct earthy undertone.

GREY GOOSE Cellar Master and founder François Thibault personally oversaw the development of Altius, drawing inspiration from natural crystallisation processes at high altitudes. “We wanted to capture the glacial smoothness and rare natural beauty of the Alps,” Thibault shared. “Altius is a vodka that expresses a unique terroir—and a moment of luxury.”

Every bottle is hand-numbered and produced in limited quantities, underscoring its exclusivity. With design details echoing the wind-swept ridges of alpine peaks, Altius is as striking on the shelf as it is in the glass.

Vodka enthusiasts can get a taste of Altius at selected top bars across Singapore, including CÉ LA VI, HighHouse, SUSHISAMBA, MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, and more. On Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, MO BAR will host its signature Shuckin & Stirrin evenings, where guests can enjoy half a dozen oysters with free-flow martinis. Those looking to upgrade their experience can opt for GREY GOOSE Altius martinis for an additional S$38++, paired with a complimentary caviar bump.
