ATLAS has always been known for its visual grandeur and refined tipples—but its new 2025 cocktail menu is turning up the glamour even more.
Inspired by Gazette du Bon Ton, the early 20th-century French fashion magazine that shaped modern luxury publishing, ATLAS’ latest offering is a spirited tribute to an era of bold beauty, high style, and unapologetic celebration.
Titled after the iconic publication, the menu is designed to read like a vintage European lifestyle magazine, divided into four chic chapters:
-
En Vogue – capturing the elegance of 1920s fashion
-
To The Great Fair – a nod to innovation at the 1925 Paris World Expo
-
In Full Swing – the rebellious rhythm of the Jazz Age
-
The Spectacle – where glittering soirées and indulgence take centre stage
Each chapter gradually increases in strength, beginning with low- and no-ABV creations and ending with the boldest pours—making this a true journey through taste and time.
(Left to right) Miss Rouge and Let’s Misbehave
A Few Standout Sips
-
Miss Rouge (No-ABV): A gorgeously composed spirit-free drink with spiced botanicals, verjus, basil tea, and salt—finished with a nasturtium leaf. A toast to beauty without boundaries.
-
The Streamliner: A silky clarified milk punch with pisco, fino sherry, green tea, almond, and honey—elegant, nostalgic, and named for the era’s transatlantic luxury liners.
-
Let’s Misbehave: A Cole Porter-inspired cocktail that lives up to its name—American and sloe gin, spiced liqueur, bitter bianco, and honey, garnished with a torched cocktail onion for extra flair.
-
Midnight in Ruins: For those who like their cocktails broody and bold. This mix of rye, cherry port, grappa, and Italian bitters is equal parts moody and magnificent.
Of course, the bar’s own ATLAS London Dry Gin makes a star appearance throughout the menu, adding elegance to signatures like the ATLAS Martini and French 75.
Art You Can Sip On
The beauty of the new menu doesn’t stop at the drinks. Each page features exquisite hand-drawn illustrations by UK artist Adrian Pack, done in the distinctive pochoir style used by the original Gazette du Bon Ton. The result is a visual feast—lush, stylish, and just as luxurious to flip through as it is to drink from.
ATLAS once again proves why it remains a pinnacle of cocktail culture in Singapore—not just for its spectacular interiors, but for its ability to craft menus that honour the past while raising a glass to the present.
