Available from 1 to 31 March, this special menu features four unique creations, each reflecting the stories, inspirations, and culinary passion of the women behind them.

Crunchy Corn Dog (S$18) – Chef Shermaine, PS.Cafe Raffles City

A playful twist on a classic favourite, this dish features a spiced peanut pork sausage and molten mozzarella, encased in a crispy batter. Served with kimchi, gochujang mayo, and mixed greens, it embodies Chef Shermaine’s philosophy of balance, harmony, and finding joy in small moments.

Chargrilled Ribeye & ‘Hong Zao’ (S$45) – Chef Clarissa, PS.Cafe Harding Road

A nostalgic take on a childhood dish, this creation is inspired by Chef Clarissa’s grandmother’s ‘Hong Zao’ chicken. The dish features a chargrilled Argentinian ribeye, paired with smashed sweet potatoes, kataifi, quail eggs, and a fermented red rice jus that adds a deep umami richness.

Chocolate & Berries Cream Tart (S$18) – Chef Evangeline, PS.Cafe Paragon

A classic pairing of rich chocolate and vibrant berries, this dessert celebrates the beauty of contrast—just like the sweet and tart elements of the dish. Topped with crushed meringue, this tart represents the strength, elegance, and complexity of the modern woman.

Jasmine Zen (S$20) – Michelle, Senior F&B Associate, Jypsy One Fullerton

The winner of an internal cocktail competition, this refreshing and delicate cocktail blends Smirnoff vodka, Cointreau, jasmine tea, orange juice, lime, and ume, capturing the essence of calm and balance in everyday life.

Special International Women’s Day Treat

On 8 March, female guests will receive a complimentary Jasmine Zen cocktail with every Chargrilled Ribeye & ‘Hong Zao’ ordered, as a toast to women and their achievements.
