I’ve always been a fan of M&S Food ever since I stayed in London for two months back in 2009 and I’m quite thrilled that the offerings in Singapore’s M&S Food have been increasing over the years. This 2023, it’s ever more exciting to note that M&S is going into a flexitarian approach and has something for everyone!
Better snacks
Can’t quite calm that sweet tooth? Look no further with M&S’ Breakfast Snack Bars which make for a quick and easy snack. Available in different flavours such as Sea Salt & Choc Drizzle, Almond Blueberry Cranberry and Peanut at S$2.90 for a single bar and S$8.50 for a box of four, these snack bars are sure to keep you satisfied. Those looking for something lighter can reach for the Strawberry Yoghurt Rice Cakes (S$7.50), comprising wholegrain brown rice cakes with a yoghurt flavoured coating and sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberries, they make for the perfect for dainty snack.
For the savoury-toothed, M&S also has an entire selection of nibbles such as the high-in-fibre Multigrain 3 Seed Crispbread (S$8.50) as well as the Blue Corn and Seed Tortilla Chips (S$5.90) which are perfect for dipping into sauces or enjoying on their own. The Tuna in Spring Water (S$5.50) also make for a good accompaniment to pasta salads or jacket potatoes for a tasty light meal.
Eat Well Range – Healthy breakfasts with endless options
Start your day with an Eat Well breakfast – the new healthy breakfast range from M&S. Featuring nutritious meals and healthy snacks, the recognisable Eat Well sunflower motif signifies that the product meets healthy-eating guidelines and is accredited by M&S expert nutritionists. The M&S breakfast product developers are delighted to reveal delicious new porridges, granolas and breakfast toppers to make your morning meal more exciting than ever with endless options to get you ready for the day.
Refresh yourself with pressed juices from the Eat Well range, available in flavours such as Orange (S$5.90), Apple Rhubarb (S$5.90), Cloudy Apple (S$5.90), Apple, Strawberry, Raspberry (S$9.90) and get a hearty start to the day with a cosy and comforting bowl of Cream of Tomato Soup (S$4.30) or a flavourful bowl of Minestrone (S$4.30).
Available from April onwards, ready your body for the day with a satisfying bowl of warming porridge that comes in a variety of flavour options including Pecan Pie Flavour Porridge, Berry Porridge, and classic Traditional Scottish Oats. Mix it up with Raisin, Almond & Honey Granola or Totally Nuts Muesli and top with your choice of fruits, nut butters, honey, and yoghurt.
Finish with all-new breakfast toppers including Revitalising Chia & Linseed, High Protein Choco Powder and Get Going Berry Boost for sprinkling over your choice of muesli, granola or yoghurt for added protein and fibre.
Plant Kitchen Range
M&S is the destination for vegan food with Plant Kitchen offering innovative and inspiring products developed with ‘delicious-first’ in mind so you don’t have to miss out on any of your favourite meals whilst leading a plant-based lifestyle.
Available in-stores from mid-April onwards, plant-based cupboard ingredients make cooking vegan meals from scratch easier than ever, such as the Vegan Fried Chicken Seasoning, perfect for coating plant-based meats or vegetables and sprinkling onto chips and wedges. Also available in-stores from mid-April onwards, for those looking for a quick meal fix, mix up some pasta with the Tomato And Mascarpone Style Pasta Sauce and you’re good to go!

Free-from food is held in high regard at M&S, ensuring customers can rely on great quality each time and can trust that they’re safe to enjoy the food they love as all Made Without products are created in a controlled environment. Made Without products also feature the bold “gluten-free” message so they are easily recognisable when shopping.
On a mission to make gluten-free as easy as possible, the Made Without range has something for every occasion. The Made Without Wheat Penne (S$9.90) is easy to prepare and ideal for cooking up big family dinners with the greatest of ease.
