Soak up the festivities with their Feasts of Fortune (2 January to 5 February 2023) buffet, an abundant spread which centres around Hong Kong-Style “Bi Feng Tang” Wok-Fried Crab, Pan-Fried Lamb Chop with Szechuan Pepper, and Salt Baked Chicken. If you fancy yourself a seafood spread head over to the Seafood Bar for prawns, black mussels, and golden clams.
Experience Joyful Reunions (21 to 24 January 2023) with a buffet menu like no other. Indulge in luxurious selections of Snow Crab Tower, Braised Osso Buco Tortellini, and signature Roast Suckling Pig.
