Centred around the new and exciting seasonal flavour – Red Velvet Cheesecake, and the return of a holiday favourite Salted Caramel Cappuccino, creations are a creative experimentation of adding eclectic flavours to heartwarming classes to successfully create an indulgent treat.

Seasonal ice cream flavours

But let’s talk about the seasonal flavours first.

We all know about Red Velvet cakes as well as cheesecakes. They’re both great on their own but combined? Extraordinary. You’ll get the freshness of the cheese ice cream with ribbons of thick red velvet cocoa sauce that’s sprinkled with soft red velvet cake crumbles.

You can taste the contrasting flavours of the aromatic espresso shot with the creamy Red Velvet Cheesecake ice cream and Vanilla ice cream. It is topped with whipped cream, red fruit coulis, and a bite-sized scoop of Red Velvet Cheesecake ice cream!

For those who just want to eat a parfait, then check out the new Red Velvet Cheesecake Parfait (S$14.90) which is a combination of Red Velvet Cheesecake ice cream stacked with Cookies and Cream ice cream, red velvet muffin, and a drizzle of strawberry coulis. Yum!
