Following years of hard work and an ongoing quest to improve its dining experience for customers, menu, and service, Canopy has successfully expanded to its third outlet at Changi City Point, featuring a spacious indoor dining space and an alfresco terrace that brings the concept of nature into an urban setting, a first for Canopy.

A brand by Deli In The Park (DITP), Canopy started its journey in 2007 with its first outlet in Bishan Park. Fully packed when it opened, it impressed customers by helping them create wonderful garden-dining experiences in its nature-friendly location with a carefully considered Western menu with vegan and vegetarian options. Canopy then opened its second garden dining experience at HortPark in December 2020.

Canopy’s focus has always been to create a casual, comfortable, steeped-in-nature space for family and friends to enjoy quality time and healthy meals. Each outlet is carefully designed to take advantage of its nature-based location and create an ambience that is like no other. The concept has proved successful to date, with Canopy expanding to more locations, its menu, and its customer base. With the Changi City Point outlet, for the first time, a Canopy outlet will be situated in a mall. However, the outlet still boasts an alfresco dining space, for dining and intimate events, which should be familiar to regulars. The new Changi City Point outlet features a specially created wooden tree-lined feature wall with overhead planter boxes with live plants to heighten the garden dining experience within an air-conditioned setting.

New at the Changi City Point outlet will be the launch of the corporate dining and event packages, created to cater specially to the business offices in the Changi Business Park district. Canopy will fill the gap between function rooms and restaurants, with their comfortable, welcoming, yet professional space for business gatherings and events, with a good selection of healthy food. Corporate and commercial workshops are ideal and perfect for the alfresco area. Canopy Changi City Point can host events of up to 200 pax.

Canopy will also launch a Tapas menu (a Changi City Point outlet exclusive) from 11.30am daily, which may be combined with the everyday happy hour (draught beers, house pour wines, and bubblies) from 12pm to 8pm on weekdays. The Tapas menu features Canopy specials such as Grilled Octopus Leg, Prawns Al Ajillo, Cauliflower Steak, and Mentaiko Soft Shell Crab.

Some of Canopy’s crowd favourites like the Crabmeat Aglio Olio, Black Angus Cheeseburger and new specials like the Salted Egg Chicken Burger, have made their way into the new menu, alongside Canopy’s signature Smoked Salmon Salad and vegan dishes such as Truffle Mushroom Pizza and the new Mushroom Burger.
